摘要 脑卒中后抑郁(Post-Stroke Depression,PSD)是脑血管病的常见并发症,在神经影像学可表现为海马体积的缩小。海马神经发生现象的发现为海马体积的变化提供新的理论解释。综合海马神经发生与抑郁症的关系、海马神经发生与脑卒中的关系探讨了海马神经发生与PSD的关系,并从神经营养因子、单胺递质以及信号传导3个干预海马神经发生的途径对PSD的治疗进行了阐述,以期对PSD的治疗提供新的思路。 Post-stroke depression(PSD) was one of the common complications of eerebrovascular disease. The volumn of hippocampus in PSD patients was decreased in neuroimaging. Recently, the phenomenon of neurogenesis in hippocampus provided a new explanation for the change of size of hippocampus. This paper investigated the relationship between PSD and neurogenesis in hippocampus by reviewing the neurogenesis in hippocampus related to depression and stroke. And, for the therapy of PSD, we discussed the possible methods correlated to promoting neurogenesis in hippocampus with regulating the expression of neurotrophic factors, the number of monoamine transmitters and signal transduction in cAMP-( cAMP response element binding protein(CREB) pathway in neuron.
