功能性消化不良病证结合临床研究的思考与探索

功能性消化不良是中医药治疗的优势病种,因此大量的相关研究见诸文献。但是分析相关文献发现,研究者对本病的病机分析、辨证分型各不相同,也缺乏客观的临床疗效评价,这些制约了中医药治疗功能性消化不良的发展。病证结合的诊疗模式不仅是中医临床诊疗体系发展的必然趋势,更是中医临床研究的重要方法。病证结合探讨功能性消化不良的基本病理变化与证候之间的相关性及客观化指标,从而建立功能性消化不良规范化临床证型分类和客观化的疗效评价体系,进一步推动中医药治疗功能性消化不良的研究,而病证结合的研究模式也是推进中医药学术发展的可行之路。

A number of studies have pubished for functional dyspepsia because of advantage in TCM therapy. Shortage of objective evaluation, different analysis and syndrome differentiation have restricted development of TCM effectiveness for FD therapy. It is one of important metheods and trend in TCM study by combination of disease and syndrome. Exploring the correlation between fundmental pathology and signs or parameters of FD by combination of disease and syndrome, building up system of standard syndrome differentiation and objective therapy evaluation, it is feasible way to promote study of TCM therapy for FD and development of TCM.
