脑缺血后血管新生及针刺作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脑缺血后缺血组织周围存在新血管形成。这些新血管形成涉及血管新生、动脉形成和血管发生3种机制。缺血性中风后新血管形成是一个复杂的病理过程,它受到促进和抑制新血管形成因素的严格调控。随着血管生成机制的阐明和促/抑血管生成方法的完善,调节血管生成可能成为治疗中风的重要策略。目前的动物研究表明,针刺可以通过调节VEGF、bFGF和Ang-2等血管生成调控因子促进血管新生,但治疗性新血管形成用于缺血性中风病人还需作更多研究。 After ischemie stroke, there is neovaseularization around the infareted area. Angiogenesis and arteriogenesis are responsible for the new vessel formation. Until recently ,vaseulogenesis has been proved to involve mechanisms in postischemic neovascularization,which was thought to be restricted to embryonic development. New blood vesselsformation is a complex pathologic process after ischemic stroke ,in which many factors are properly involved. There are factors stimulating and inhibiting neovaseularization. Regulation of angiogenesis could be an important treatmeant on stroke following clarity of angiogenesis mechanisms and improvement of prompting/inhibiting angiogenesis methods. Animoal experiments showed that acupuncture could promote angiogenesis through regulating VEGF, bFGF and Ang -2, and so on. There is still a long way to go for therapeutic angiogenesis to be used in the treatment of stroke patient.
