摘要
针状孔菌属真菌的生物活性主要有抗肿瘤、免疫调节等,起作用的主要是多糖类物质,但其作用机制却不是很明确。针对本属真菌生物活性研究进行了总结,并指出了目前研究中存在的问题和今后研究的主要方向。
The main pharmacological effects of fungi in the genus Phellinus include anti-tumor,immune regulation and so on. The Polysaccharides is the key substance, but the effect mechanism is not cleared. The recent progress in the studies on pharmacological effects and the main problems and study directions in future of fungi in the genus Phellinus were indicated.
