摘要
目的:探讨强肾颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以方中君药五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子乙素含量为指标,采用方差分析方法,对提取工艺及成型工艺进行优选。结果:五味子醇甲、五味子乙素含量为评价指标时,方差结果表明B、C具有显著意义,最佳提取方案为A2B1C2,即加10倍量75%乙醇,提取2次,每次提取1.5h。
Objective: Discuss the extraction proces of Qiangshen granule. Methods : The variance analysis method was applied to optimize the extraction and process technology for Qiangshen granule. The contents of Schisandrin and Schisandrin B into fruits of Schisandra chinensis were adopted as indexes. Results : The ANOVA results show: B and C have significant effects by the indexes of Schisandrin and Schisandrin B. The optimum extraction technology is A2B1C2 as follows: adding 12 times amount of 75% alcohol extracting twice,each time for 1.5h. The optimum prescription of processing technology is NO. 2. the prooportion of extraction powder- laetin -dextrin -dextrin -amidulin -Gum Arabic is 5: O. 8:1.2 : 1.0:0.02.
