手法整复环枢关节错位的X线研究

摘要 目的:观察手法整复对环枢关节错位解剖位置的影响。方法:随机将56例分为试验组(A组)和对照组(B组),分别采用手法整复和牵引治疗,观察齿突与侧块间距差、左右环枢关节腔间隙值之差和C2棘突偏歪值在治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗前后齿突与侧块间距差变化,A组存在差异(P<0.05),B组无差异(P>0.05);治疗前后左右环枢关节腔间隙中点线的上下距离之差值变化,A组和B组均存在差异(P<0.05);治疗前后C2棘突偏歪值之差值变化,A组有差异(P<0.05),B组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:手法整复是治疗环枢关节错位的有效手段,牵引是治疗左右关节腔间隙不等型环枢关节错位的有效手段。 Objective :To observe how the manipulative works on Atlantoepistrophica's anatomical position. Methods:By random rneans the 56 clinical eases were divided into experiment group( group A)and comparison group( group B). Group A cured by manipulation and group B cured by traction. To observe the change of interspaces between tooth of axis and lateral mass,the interspaees between the left and fight articular cavity of Aflanttoepistrophiea, the sotover value of the Spinous process of axis( C2 ). Results :It came out the change of the space between tooth of axis and lateral mass in the group A( P 〈 0. 05 ), but it had not differences in the group B (P 〉0. 05 ). As for the midpoint distance of the interspace between the left and fight articular cavity of Atlanteepistrophica, there was difference in group A and group B ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Regarding the setover value of the Spinous process C2 ,there was the difference in group A(P 〈0. 05) ,but in the group B there was not the difference( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Manipulative reduction is a good method for Atlantoepistrophica's malposition. Traction is a good method for the asymmetric interspace between the left and right articular cavity of Atlantoepistrophica.
