葛根素结合依达拉奉治疗急性缺血性中风临床研究

Clinic Contral Study of Puerarin and Edaravone on the Treatment of Ischemic Apoplexy at Acute Stage Patients

目的:探讨中药葛根素注射液结合依达拉奉注射液对缺血中风急性期的治疗作用。方法:将98例均经头颅计算机断层扫描(CT)或磁共振扫描(MRI)确诊为急性脑梗死病人,依据随机化分组,开展随机对照研究。在西医神经内科常规治疗和规范护理康复的基础上,分为治疗组(葛根素结合依达拉奉治疗组)50例;对照组(西医常规治疗组)48例,治疗方法参照2000年广州全国脑血管专题讨论会通过的"脑卒中的分型分期治疗建议(草案)"进行治疗。对患者的神经功能和日常生活能力进行动态观察,参照1995年第四届全国脑血管病学术会议通过的关于卒中患者神经功能缺损程度的疗效评价方法,评价疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.0%,对照组总有效率67.5%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的血液流变学、血脂等指标的改变也优于对照组。研究中未发现与使用药物等治疗有关的不良反应。结论:葛根素结合依达拉奉能明显改善缺血中风急性期患者的神经功能。

Objective：To explore the therapeutical effects on ischemic apoplexy at acute stage with scheme consisting of Puerarin injection and Edaravone injection. Methods ：98 cases cerebral infarction definitely diagnosed by skull CT or MRI were randomly divided into groups. Random control studies of the uniform therapeutic one were made. Based on Western medicinal nerve internal fundamental treatment, standard nurse and rehabilitation training. Treatment group 50 cases in Puerarin and Edaravone;Control group 48 cases in Western medicinal treatment group were treated in accordance with the protocol of treatment of cerebral apoplexy by typing and staging, which was passed by nationwide seminar on eerebrovaseular disease ,2000, Guangzhou. in the western medicinal treatment group. Neurologic functions and activities of daily living of the patients were observed dynamically at different phase, Curative effects were evaluated according to curative effect evaluation method of neurologic impairment of apoplexy patients, passed by the fourth nationwide academic conference on cerebrovascular disease,1995. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 86. 0% ,control group was 67.5%, treatment group had obviously superiority than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , after the above-mentioned therapy the paramenters of blood viscosity and blood lipids were also significantly decreased compared with those before therapy, meanwhile the levels in the treatment group. There were no adverse effects resulting from using drugs in the research. Conclusion：Puerarin and Edaravone can obviously improve neurologie functions of the patients suffering from isehemic apoplexy at acute stage.
