摘要 应用Moldflow软件针对汽车前门板骨架塑件进行充模、保压等方面的分析,查看物料流动的平衡性、熔接痕位置、最大注射压力和锁模力,以及确定浇口位置和热嘴数目。基于UG软件完成汽车前门板骨架注塑模具的结构及关键部位的设计。提高了熔融物料的流动性,改善了填充效果,缩短了成型周期,降低生产成本。 By using Moldflow software, the mold filling and pressure holding of front door plank of automobile were analyzed, the information about flow balance, weld mark position, maximum injection pressure and clamp force were checked out, and the gating position and the number of hot spout were determined. The injection mold structure and the key parts of front door plank of automobile were designed by using UG software. The fluidity of melt and the filling effect were improved, the molding period was shortened and the production cost was reduced.
