摘要
用马丁-孟加拉红培养基和查氏琼脂培养基对麻疯树种植基地土样中的微生物进行选择分离筛选,获得2株菌MJ1和MJ2。以MJ1和MJ2为出发菌株,进行紫外诱变,获得1株菌生长较好、产酶较好的菌株MJ18。麻疯树饼粕粗毒蛋白降解实验表明,MJ18菌可产生蛋白酶,对麻疯树饼粕的粗毒蛋白有一定的降解作用,可利用MJ18进行麻疯树饼粕发酵降脱毒。
By using Martin - Bangladesh medium and agar medium - Cha, the microorganisms in the soil of Jatropha curcas cultivation field were isolated and screened, and two strains, MJ1 and MJ2, were gained. Using MJ1 and MJ2 as starting strains, UV mutagenesis, screening and re - screening were conducted, thus strain MJ18 was obtained, which performed better in growth and enzyme production. Results of an experiment on fermentation degradation of the toxic protein in Jatropha curcas meal shows that bacteria MJ18 produces protease and exhibits a certain degree of degradation function on the rough toxic protein in Jatropha curcas meal. MJ18 is utilizable for the fermentation detoxification of Jatropha curcas meal.
