摘要
中医饮食医学是在中医理论的指导下,运用饮食物进行养生、健身、防病、治病的一门综合性学科。本文就其理论从阴阳整体论、后天脾胃论、脏象五味论、精微精气论、食物性味论、辨证施自论、饮食禁忌论、饮食养生论等七个方面进行必要的探讨。
The traditional Chinese dietetic medical science is a comprehensive discipline which uses proper diet to preserve and strengthen one's health, prevent and cure disease under the guidance of the traditional Chinese medical theory. This paper attempts to make an essential probe into this science in seven theoretic aspects: Yinyang and the Whole Body Theory; Postnatal Spleen and Stomach Theory; Stale of Viscera and Five Kinds of Flavours Theory; Refined Nutritious Substances and Essence Vital Energy Theory; Food Property and Functon Theory;Differentiation of Food Based on the Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs Theory; Food Prohibiting Theory; Food Nourishing Body Thory.
