摘要
用牛血清白蛋白和去甲肾上腺素损伤而造成血瘀证兔模型,并用血府逐瘀汤治疗,观察其血管内皮细胞内分泌功能的变化。结果表明,与正常对照兔比较,造型兔血浆中内皮素(ET)含量及组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI)明显增高(0.01),前列环素(PGI2)含量及组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)的活性明显降低(P<0.01)。血府逐瘀汤治疗后,造型兔血浆ET含量明显减少(P<0.01),PGI2含量显著增加(P<0.01),并恢复到正常水平;tPA活性明显升高(P<0.01),PAI活性明显降低(P<0.01)。上述结果提示血瘀证血管内皮细胞内分泌功能紊乱。
The Xueyu syndrome model in rabbits used in this study was induced by injections of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and nor adrenaline (NE).To examine effects of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on endocrine function of the vascular endothelial cells in this model,the plasma levels of endothelin (ET) and prostacylin (PGl2),the activity of tissue type plysminogen activator (tPA) and plysminogen activator inhibitor (PAl) were measured.The plasma ET levels and the activity of PAI increased significantly in Xueyu syndrome rabbits (p<001),whereas the plasma PGl2 levels and the activity of tPA decreased significatntly (p<001),as compared with those in normal rabbits (by injections of normal saline).After administration of Xuefuzhuyu decoction,the plasma ET levels and the activity of PAl decreased significantly in Xueyu syndrome rabbits (p<0.01),whereas the plasma PGl2 levels and the activity of tPA increased significantly (p<001).These results indicate that endocrine disfunction of the vascular endothelial cells exists in Xueyu syndrome model in rabbits and Xuefuzhuyu decoction has effects of improvment on the disfunction.
