摘要
微生物源α-淀粉酶抑制剂能特异性抑制哺乳动物和某些微生物的α-淀粉酶,在医药上有重要的应用价值,因而成为近年来新的研究热点。论述了国内外分离纯化的微生物源α-淀粉酶抑制剂,对其蛋白、基因结构、作用机理及应用前景等作了概述。
α-Amylase Inhibitors from microorganism can inhibit the α-amylase of mammal and a few microorganisms. A comprehensive review was made about protein molecular structure, mechanism and application of α-Amylase Inhibitors from microorganism.
