摘要
采用胃舒胶囊治疗非溃疡性消化不良、慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎和胃十二指肠溃疡胃院痛患者共540例，治愈率分别为84．5％、63．1％、44．7％和83．0％；对肝胃气滞、寒邪犯胃、脾胃虚寒、胃阴亏虚和瘀血阻络各型胃院痛的治愈率分别为75．7％、71．3％、72．3％、67．9％和59．6％。结果提示胃舒胶囊对肝胃气滞型胃脘痛疗效最佳。
540 Patients of NUP. CSG. CAG and gastro-duodenal ulcer were treated byweishu capsule. The curative ratio were 84. 5%, 63. 1 %, 44. 7% and 83. 0% respectively.According to syndrome type of TCM, 540 patients were divided as stagnation of liver and stomachqi group, stomachache due to cold group, deficiency cold of the spleen and stomach group,deficiency of stomach - yin group and blood stasis in the stomach group. Their cure rates were75. 7%, 71. 3%, 72. 3%, 67. 7% and 59. 6% respectively. The results showed that curative effecton stagnation of liver and stomach qi group was best.
