LEEP刀联合保妇康栓治疗持续CINⅠ合并HPV感染的疗效分析

Evaluation of loop electrosurgical excision procedure combined with baofukang suppository in the treatment of Continuous CINⅠand HPV infection

目的探讨宫颈电环切除术(LEEP术)联合保妇康栓治疗持续CINⅠ合并HPV感染的疗效。方法持续CINⅠ合并HPV感染,采用LEEP术联合保妇康栓治疗40例为观察组,微波治疗35例为对照组,对其手术情况、CINI消退、HPV转阴率等做对比分析。结果LEEP刀联合保妇康栓较微波治疗疗效好(P<0.05)。结论LEEP刀联合保妇康栓治疗持续CINⅠ合并HPV感染疗效满意,是较为理想的方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of Continuous cervical intra--epithelial neoplasia （CIN Ⅰ ）and high risk human papillomavirus （HR--HPV） infection. Methods 40 patients were treated with LEEP and Baofukang suppository in observation group, 35 patients in control group were treated with microwave. The surgical effect, the regression rate of CIN and HPV,and other factors were analyzed. Results There was statistical significance between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions LEEP combined with baofukang suppository is a effective method in treatment of Continuous CIN Ⅰ and HPV infection. It can get satisfactory effects.
