剔毒护肝方抗鸭乙型肝炎肝纤维化的作用

Inhibitory Effect of Tidu Hugan Decoction on Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis in Ducks

目的:观察剔毒护肝方抗肝纤维化作用。方法:用鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)阳性血清反复攻击复制鸭乙型肝炎肝纤维化模型,同时用剔毒护肝方治疗,观察其对肝纤维化指标的影响。结果:剔毒护肝方能提高白蛋白和降低球蛋白含量,且有显著降低透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、肝组织羟脯氨酸(Hyp)的作用,能减轻肝脏胶原纤维增生程度。结论:剔毒护肝方具有抗肝纤维化的作用。

Aim: To study the effect of Tidu Hugan Decoction on experimental hepatic finrosis in ducks. Methods: Duck models with hepatic fibrosis were induced by duck hepatitis B Virus (DHBV) and meanwhile treated with Tidu Hugan Decoction. The indexes of hepatic fibrosis were assaged. Results: Tidu Hugan Decoction raised the serum level of albumin and decreased the serum level of globulir. The level of HA, PC Ⅲ and Hyp in liver tissue were significantly lover than that of the model group (P<0. 05). The proliferation of hepatic collagen was obveriousy inhibited in provention group. Conclusion: These results suggested that Tidu Huang Decoction has inhibtory effects on hepatic fibrosis.
