自动装卸线PLC控制在矸石装运中的应用

Application of the PLC Automatic Loading and Unloading Line in Loading and Transportation of Gangue

为提高大量掘进矸石、煤矸石的排矸效率,对矸石进行顺利有序排放,依据PLC设计程序,介绍了PLC对自动装卸线的控制过程与方法,制定了排矸车装卸与运输自动控制方案,编写了控制系统的梯形图及指令程序,将指令程序通过编程器送入PLC进行系统模拟调试后,现场安装使用。通过自动装卸线PLC控制,使目前大多采用的继电器控制时的信号收发不可靠,系统经常出现信号机指示不准确,误运作等情况有了很大的改善,明显提高了工作效率和生产安全。同时延长了电机车使用寿命,减轻了工人劳动强度,具有一定的社会效益。

To improve gangue emission efficiency of gangues and coal gangues to discharge gangues smoothly and or- derly, the PLC atuomatic loading and unloading control process and method are introduced besed on the PLC design process, and an approach for the automatic handing and transportation is prepared. Then, the trapezoidal pattern and com- mand procedures of the control system are programmed, so as to send the command procedure to the debug system by PLC programmer for installation and utilization. By the PLC automatic loading and unloading control lines, the situations that the relay what is mostly used to send and receive control signals at current are not reliable; the system often shows errneous sig- nals and wrong operation, can be greatly improved, and the production efficiency and safety can be significanlty increased. Meanwhile, the service life of the motor vehicle is extended, and the labor intensity of workers reduced, owing a certain social benefils.
