文章以安徽软件产业为研究对象,介绍软件产业技术创新体系的内涵和体系架构,以及安徽软件产业发展和软件产业创新能力SWOT分析,在此基础上,建立安徽软件产业技术创新体系模型,从重塑创新主体和加强特色软件园为出发点,探寻安徽软件产业创新的多种模式,得出完善安徽软件产业技术创新相关政策的结论。

This paper takes the software industry in Anhui province as the research object. It introduces connotation and construction of software technological innovation system, the development of Anhui software industry as well as the SWOT analysis of software industry innovative ability. Then,it establishes models of Anhui software technological innovation system .Starting from recomtructing innovation subjects and strengthening characteristic software districts, it explores various patterns of Anhui software industry innovation and gets conclusion to perfect the relevant policies of Anhui software technological innovation.
