当前不同新型干法水泥生产线的管理与操作水平存在较大差异的根源是企业在新型干法水泥工艺的特点和要求——均质稳定及其重要性的领会程度上存在差异。水泥的生产过程中只有短暂的液相出现,更多的是固相反应。固态物料是最难实现均质稳定的形态,它需要从基本建设阶段直到生产阶段,在原燃料管理、操作控制、质量检验、设备维护、仪表自动化等每个环节都要满足均质稳定的要求。均质稳定是新型干法水泥企业获得最高效益的捷径。

At present, different domestic PC production lines differed greatly in plant management and operation levels. The root for it consists in different understanding by these enterprises to the importance of uniformity and stability, which are the main features and requirements to cement production with PC kiln systems. During cement production process, liquid phase is occurred only in short time, and mostly the reaction is carried out in solid phase.Solid materials are difficult disposed in uniform and stable status, to which every link such as raw materials and fuel management, operation control, quality inspection,equipment maintenance, instrumentation and automation etc. should meet the requirement of uniformity and stability from the basic construction stage till to the production stage. Keeping uniformity and stability is the short-cut for PC kiln plants to obtain their best profits.
