桃仁水蛭煎剂对早期肝纤维化的降解作用 被引量:25

摘要 目的:观察桃仁水蛭煎剂对日本血吸虫性早期肝纤维化小鼠血清Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原PC-Ⅰ、PC-Ⅲ)的降解作用。方法:从汉川县日本血吸虫尾蚴实验感染小白鼠,制成肝纤维化模型,采用放免法检测小鼠血清PC-Ⅰ、PC-Ⅲ含量。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,PCⅢ显著下降(P<0.001)。预防组与对照组比较,PC-Ⅰ显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:桃仁水蛭煎剂能有效地促进实验性肝纤维化的吸收和分解。 Aim: To observe the degradation of decoction prunus persica (LR) batsch on pro-collegen type Ⅰ (PC- Ⅰ) and procollegen type Ⅲ (PC-Ⅲ ). Method: The heptic fibrosis model in mice induced by schistosomiasis japonicum. The content of PC- Ⅰ and PC-Ⅲ were detected by RIA. Results: PC- 33333 in the treatment group was lower than that in control group (P<0. 01) , PC-Ⅰ in the preventing-group was lower than that in control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The decoction prunus presica(LR) batsch can actively promote absorption of experimental hepatic fibrosis and collage fiber degradation.
