猕猴模拟经前期综合征肝气逆证病变的可行性探索

目的探索利用非人灵长类动物模拟经前期综合征肝气逆证病证结合猕猴模型的可行性，为复制国内外迄今尚未有的该病证猕猴模型摸索技术条件和必备经验。方法移植复制肝气逆证大鼠模型的“情志刺激为主多因素造模”的方法，进一步改进为“择时、对照情志刺激造模”方法。模拟评价采用表情行为定性与血清性激素水平放免检测。结果受试猕猴月经前呈现近似该病证临床特点的表情、行为及体征变化，血清雌激素、孕激素、泌乳素含量发生变化，体现该病证病理生理变化特征。结论借助肝气逆证造模技术方法，用猕猴模拟经前期综合征肝气逆证显示初步的可行性，严谨求实的开展系统实验研究。

he feasibility on using macaque to imitate PMS of the liver qi invasion,try to find out technical condition and necessary experience for reconstructing macaque model of integrating the desease and zheng.Method:Transplant the method of duplicating rat model of the liver qi invasion zheng and improve it into being “emotional stimulation according to chosen time and constrast”;tested macaco are appraised with qualitating expression and behavior and determining sex hormone level in the serum.Resut:the tested macaco in premenstruam manifest similar change of expression、behavior and sign in the disease and the zheng’s clinical characteristics,the level change of estradiol、progesterone and prolactin is similar to the pathological feature of the disease and the zheng.Conclusion:experimental result show using macaque to imitate PMS of liver qi invasion zheng with the improved technique of reconstructing rat model of the zheng has preliminary feasibility.It is certainly to reconstruct the macaque model of reappearing the manifestion of PMS of liver qi invasion through systematic experiment researching.
