企业员工敬业度初探 被引量:2

摘要 员工敬业度作为积极组织行为学研究的一个新的分支,在理论界和企业管理实践中受到越来越多的关注。本文从员工敬业度的实质出发,分别从工作、组织、个体层面总结探讨了国内外对影响员工敬业度的前因变量研究,最后也分析了其对员工绩效的影响。希望能对国内企业在了解员工敬业度本质,提升员工敬业度方面起到一定的参考作用。
