摘要
RBI技术在石化企业中的应用与主管领导的重视程度、准备工作是否到位、是否有专人负责、培训推广工作等有很大关系。提出要在企业中应用RBI技术就必须独立自主开展风险评价工作。分析了RBI技术在石化企业的9个方面的应用问题。
RBI technique have a greatly relate to the degree of supervisor leadership focus on, the work preparing, the person charging, expending of training work etc in the application of petrochemical business enterprise. It is essential that independent self-estimating risk work. If applying RBI technology in enterprise, this paper analyzed nine application problems of RBI＇technology in petrochemical business enterprise.
