儿科外感发热表证中应用活血化瘀法的体会

Application of Blood_Circulation Activating and Blood_Stasis Removing Therapy forExogenous Febrile Disease with Exterior Syndrome in Children

针对临床上小儿外感发热表证中，机体感邪之后存在着气血阻滞的病理特点，出现疼痛较甚、皮肤斑疹、口唇紫绀及目珠红赤或红丝烧目等症状时，在辨证论治的基础上，酌情运用活血化瘀法，使气血通畅则邪易外出、表热易退。

xogenous febrile disease with exterior syndrome in children possessed the pathological characteristics of stagnation of qi and blood and manifested as severe pain,skin eruption,cyanostic lips and conjuctival congestion.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,blood_circulation activating and blood_stasis removing therapy can be used to restore the normal circulation of qi and blood and expel the pathogenic factor,so that the exterior syndrome is relieved and fever subsided.
