摘要
研究普通硫化(CV)体系和有效硫化(EV)体系对导电炭黑填充NBR胶料性能的影响。结果表明,当导电炭黑用量相同时,导电炭黑在CV体系胶料中的分散性优于EV体系胶料;CV体系胶料的硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度及体积电阻率均小于EV体系胶料,电磁屏蔽效能高于EV体系胶料。
The effects of conventional vulcanization (CV) system and efficient vulcanization (EV) system on the properties of conductive carbon black filled NBR compound were investigated. The resuits showed that,when the addition level of conductive carbon black was the same, the dispersity of conductive carbon black in CV system compound was better than that of EV system compound;Shore A hardness,tensile strength,tear strength and volume resistivity of CV system compound were lower than those of EV system compound and its electromagnetic shielding effectiveness was higher than that of EV system compound.
