摘要 研究炭黑和白炭黑补强溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)胎面胶的抗湿滑性能,并分析抗湿滑性能的影响因素。结果表明,在一定温度和速度范围内,白炭黑补强SSBR胎面胶抗湿滑性能优于炭黑补强SSBR胎面胶;仅采用动态粘弹性能表征胎面胶的抗湿滑性能是不完善的,抗湿滑性能受温度、速度和胶料硬度等的影响,是润滑作用和动态粘弹性能等共同作用的结果。 The wet skid resistance of carbon black or silica reinforced SSBR tread compound was investigated,and the influence factors on wet skid resistance were analyzed. The results showed that the wet skid resistance of silica reinforced SSBR tread compound was better than that of carbon black reinforced SSBR tread compound in a certain range of temperature and speed;it was imperfect to describe wet skid resistance of tread compound just using the dynamic viscoelastic properties, because it was also influenced by temperature, speed and hardness of compound. The wet skid resistance was decided by lubrication and dynamic viscoelastic properties .
