我国科技发展战略的变迁与目标模式研究

Study on Vicissitude of Development Strategy and Objective Mode of Science and Technology Development

新中国成立以后我国的科技发展战略经历了几次转变,科技事业取得了很大进步,但其基本理念是遵循传统发展模式的,比较粗放,科技的发展和对经济增长的贡献仍有局限性,进入二十一世纪,我国的科技发展战略面临新的机遇和挑战。系统的分析总结自上世纪新中国成立以来我国科技发展战略的变迁和动因,并分析科学发展观指导下科技发展战略的思路与传统模式的变化,最后提出新世纪新时期我国科技发展战略的目标模式。

Since the foundation of PRC the strategy of science and technology development has experienced some times of reforms and some great advancement has been achieved, but the development mode is based on the traditional concepts of development and the level still has limit. In the 21^st century, the strategy of science and technology de- velopment is faced with new opportunity and challenge. This article analyzes the evolution of the strategy of science and technology development, and puts forward the development mode instructed by the new concepts of science and technology development.
