胰腺癌中CXCR-4和MMP-2的表达及其临床意义

Expression of CXCR-4 and MMP-2 and their clinicopathological significance in pancreatic carcinoma

目的探讨CXCR4和MMP-2在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义和互相关系。方法采用免疫组化PV6000法检测47例胰腺癌组织中CXCR4和MMP-2的表达。结果47例胰腺癌组织中CXCR4及MMP-2的阳性率分别为72．3％、66．0％，二者均与胰腺癌的转移、临床分期和预后有关（χ^2值7．26～12．69，P〈0．05）。CXCR4和MMP-2阳性表达率与胰腺癌大小、性别、年龄和组织学分级无关（χ^2值0．03～4．27，P〉0．05）。胰腺癌组织中CXCR4的表达与MMP-2的表达呈正相关（r=0．587，P〈0．01）。结论CXCR4可能通过上调MMP-2的表达，共同促进胰腺癌的浸润和转移；CXCR4及MMP-2可作为判断胰腺癌生物学行为的指标。

Purpose To investigate the significance of CXCR4 and MMP-2 expression in pancreatic carcinoma and their correlations. Methods Immunohistochemical PV-6000 technique was used to detect the expression of CXCR4 and MMP-2 in 47 cases of pancreatic carcinoma tissues. Results The positive rates of CXCR4 and MMP-2 were 72.3% and 66. 0% in pancreatic carcinoma tissues, which were correlated with metastasis, clinical staging and prognosis （χ^2 = 7.26 - 12. 69,P 〈 0. 05 ） , but did not correlated with sex, age of patients, tumor size and histological grade （ χ^2 = 0. 03 - 4.27 ,P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of CXCR4 and MMP-2 in pancreatic carcinoma （ r = 0. 587,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions CXCR-4 up-regulates the expression of MMP-2 in pancreatic carcinoma, which may contribute to the metastasis, prognosis of pancreas carcinoma. Detection of CXCR-4 and MMP-2 expression might play an important role in evaluating the biological behaviors of pancreatic carcinoma.
