走出危机:上海制造业企业转型的“纵横”路径

Out of Crisis:the Vertical and Horizontal Transition Paths of Manufacturing Enterprises in Shanghai

肇事于次贷危机的金融危机很快蔓延到各个发达经济体,目前这一金融海啸已经在全球范围内肆虐,并迅速影响到实体经济。作为中国重要的装备工业基地及外向型经济前沿的上海制造业受波及极深,低迷程度在上海工业发展史上非常罕见。同时,近期中央提出,在应对国际金融危机的形势下,推进上海加快发展先进制造业与现代服务业,具有重要的意义。本文着眼于上海制造业如何走出危机,提出了纵向及横向的转型路径。

The financial crisis originated in sub -loan crisis had quickly spread to all developed economies, currently this financial tsunami has been raging in the global scope, and affected the real economy immediately. Shanghai, as Chinas important industrial base of equipment and the forefront of export - oriented economy, whose manufacturing had been deeply affected, moreover, the extent of downturn is very rare during the history of Shanghais industrial development. Meanwhile, in responsive to the international financial crisis situation, the propose of promoting Shanghai to speed up the development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry by central government is of great importance. This article focuses on the ways of getting Shanghais manufacturing sector out of crisis, then made the transition paths both from vertical and horizontal aspects.
