摘要
基于光致热消融理论模型,对脉冲激光作用于生物组织的温度分布进行数值求解,得到不同脉冲持续时间和辐射波长辐照下生物组织体内温度的时间与空间分布规律.探讨激光脉冲持续时间和波长因素对组织消融效果和残余热损伤的影响.模拟结果表明:脉冲激光诱导生物组织体内的温度分布对组织消融的效果和残余热损伤程度等消融特性参数有着重要的影响.
Based on photo-thermal ablation model, pulse laser-induced temperature distribution in biological tissue was studied by numerical simulation. The temporal and spatial distribution of temperature for different pulse durations and wavelengths was obtained. The influence of pulse duration and wavelength on ablation effect and residual thermal damage was also discussed. The results indicated that pulse duration and wavelength have an important effect on ablation characteristics.
