摘要
利用脂肪酸与异丙醇在酸催化剂的作用下发生酯化反应来制备脂肪酸异丙酯,研究酯化反应条件如催化剂用量、异丙醇用量、反应时间、反应温度等对脂肪酸异丙酯得率的影响,并通过凝固点的测定来考察脂肪酸异丙脂对生物柴油的降凝效果.正交实验分析得出酯化反应制备脂肪酸异丙脂的最佳反应条件为:催化剂的质量分数为1.5%,异丙醇的质量分数为50%,反应时间为9h,反应温度85℃,降凝实验结果表明把一定量在该条件下制得的脂肪酸异丙酯添加到生物柴油中可有效地降低生物柴油的凝固点,改善其低温流动性能.
Fatty acid isopropyl ester was produced by the esterification of fatty acid with isopropyl alcohol in the presence of acid catalysts. The effect of preparation conditions such as the amount of catalyst and isopropyl alcohol, reaction temperature and time on the yield of isopropyl alcohol ester and the effect of fatty acid isopropyl ester on reducing pour point of bio-diesel were reviewed. The optimum preparation conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiments:usage amount of catalyst was 1.5% ,usage amount of isopropyl alcohol was 50%, reaction time was 9 h and reaction temperature was 85 ℃. Simultaneously, experimental results showed that fatty acid isopropyl ester could improve the low-temperature fluidity of bio-diesel by reducing its pour point.
