摘要
我国物流业已初具规模,但我国的物流法律制度现有规范不协调、规范不完整、效力层次低和物流立法相对滞后。物流法律法规体系应界定为由不同层次、不同类别的与物流直接或间接相关的法律法规文件组成的有机联系的统一整体。完善我国物流法律体系首先应该构建物流法律体系的框架,其次是理顺不同单行法间的层次结构与逻辑脉络。
Aming at the problems of China logistics legal ssytems, the paper defines the logistics laws and regulations system, proposes how to improve China logistics legal system and considers that the framework of logistics legal system should be set up and the hierarchy structure and logic ideas among different single laws should be ordered.
