摘要
通过对中国中小企业的融资困境分析,找出影响中小企业融资的原因,结合国外运用物流金融解决中小企业融资难的经验,提出运用物流金融帮助中小企业走出融资困境。同时依据物流金融的三种运营模式,结合中国几年来物流金融的实践情况,针对其发展过程中出现的问题,提出加强物流企业与金融机构合作,建立和健全物流金融信贷资产的流通机制,培养专业人才等措施促进物流金融的发展,解决中小企业融资问题。
The paper analyzes the financing plight of China small/medium sized enterprises, finds out the causes that affect the financing, proposes how to use logistics finance to help the small/medium sized enterprises to come out of the financing plight and meanwhile in the light of the three operation modes of logistics finance and the practice of China logistics finance, puts forward a solution.
