摘要
物流人力资本直接影响到物流企业的生存和发展。通过对有关人力资本内涵与人力资本衡量的文献回顾,提出了物流企业人力资本衡量的指标。
Logistics human capital influences directly in the surviving and development of logistics enterprises. The paper reviews the related theories on human capital and human capital measurement and puts forward measurement indexes for human capital of logistics enterprises.
