摘要
分析了当今社会环境下3PL(第三方物流)企业所面临的问题,并基于虚拟企业与资源集成理论,提出了在虚拟环境下3PL企业实施协同配送的模型,并用Automod仿真软件对该模型进行了仿真研究,最后得出协同配送具有增加单车装载量,降低物流成本,实现运力资源有效利用的优点。
The paper analyzes the problems that the 3PL companies are facing undeer the current social environment, puts forward a collaboration distribution model for 3PL companies in the virtual environment based on virtual enterprises and resource integration theory, uses the simulation software Automod to smulate the model and finally describes the advantages of collaboration distribution.
