摘要
通过对锡林浩特市煤炭物流存在问题和煤炭物流节点规划范围的分析,确定了规划的必要性,依据定量分析与定性分析相结合的思想,基于GIS图形叠置法和组合评价法的相关技术,运用可行性指标体系和最优化指标体系,探讨煤炭物流节点布局的方法。通过对锡林浩特市土地利用、交通运输条件、煤炭资源禀赋、区域环境等诸多因素的分析研究,对锡林浩特市煤炭物流节点进行布局规划,得出煤炭物流节点空间布局结论。
The paper analyzes the problems of Xilinhot City＇s coal logistics and the scope of logistics nodes planning. Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, using graphics overlay method based on GIS and combinational evaluation method and applying feasibility index system and optimal index system, it discusses the method of the coal logistics nodes layout. Through analyzing the land utilization, transportation condition, coal resources, regional environment, etc, it designs the coal logistics nodes layout for Xilinhot City.
