摘要
借鉴精益思想,对宝力豪健身俱乐部的健身服务流程进行分析优化,并对优化效果进行了评价,对我国服务型企业进行精益化管理有一定的借鉴意义。
The paper optimizes the service process of Tianjin Baolihao Club based on lean thinking, evaluate the optimized effect which can be taken as a reference for lean management of service-based enterprises.
