立止血、平阳霉素与地塞米松联合应用治疗高血流性血管瘤50例报告

目的:探讨立止血和平阳霉素与地塞米松联合应用瘤腔注射治疗颌面部高血流性血管瘤的临床效果。方法:50例具有高血流特征的血管瘤患者,随机分为两组,治疗组以立止血+平阳霉素及地塞米松联合瘤腔内注射,对照组以平阳霉素+地塞米松瘤腔内注射。结果:治疗组总有效率83.33%,比对照组总有效率7.69%高,差异有显著性(p<0.01)。结论:立止血结合平阳霉素与地塞米松联合治疗颌面部高血流性血管瘤临床疗效好。

Objective： Reptilase, PYM and dexamethason were injected in oral maxillofacial hyperpower hemangioma to explore the clinical effects. Method： 50 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. One group was injected with RPD （Reptilase＋PYM＋Dexamethason）, while the other group was injected with PD （PYM＋Dexamethason）.Supersonic and clinic examinations before and after injection. Result： Healing rate of RPD is 83.33%, much higher than the 7.69% healing rate of the PD. Conclusion： RPD injection in hyper power hemangioma have clinical value. As reptilase can produce coagulase, condense blood flow, thus we can get best effect of PYM after it being injected in hemangioma.
