海岛居民脑梗死合并2型糖尿病119例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 119 cases of cerebral infarction complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes in islanders

目的探讨海岛居民脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特点。方法以我院2007年11月至2008年11月神经内科病房收治的患者为研究对象，经CT或／和MRI确诊的脑梗死住院患者共512例，其中合并2型糖尿病患者119例为糖尿病组；393例血糖正常的脑梗死患者为对照组，2组进行比较。结果糖尿病组患者占全部病例的23．2％，糖尿病组患者合并高血压的发生率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；多灶性梗死、大面积梗死所占比例明显较对照组高（P〈0．05），两组中腔隙性梗死的比例明显高于其他梗死类型，且糖尿病组预后较差（P〈0．01）。结论糖尿病是脑梗死的一个重要危险因素，且影响脑梗死的预后。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of cerebral infarction complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes in islanders. Methods In the present study, subjects were neurological patients admitted to the medical wards of our hospital from November 2007 to November 2008. A total of 512 cases of cerebral infarction were confirmed via CT and/ or MRI. Of all the cases, 119 were cerebral infarction patients complicated with type Ⅱ diabetes. 393 cases chosen as control were cerebral infarction patients with normal blood glucose admitted during the same period of time. Results The diabetes patient group accounted for 23.2% of all the cases. Incidence of hypertension complication for this group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.01 ）; Muhifocal infarction and the proportion of large infarction were also obviously higher than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）and the proportion of lacunar infarction for the 2 groups was significantly higher than that of other infarction type ; Prognosis for the diabetic group was worse （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Diabetes is one of the important risk factors for cerebral infarction.
