周向槽机匣处理对斜流压缩机扩稳的机理研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某亚音速斜流压缩机为原型,利用数值模拟方法对机匣处理的机理进行研究,并对周向槽机匣结构和实壁机匣结构在近失速流量点工况下的计算结果进行分析比较。研究结果表明,周向槽处理机匣不仅扩大了斜流压缩机的稳定工作范围,而且使压缩机的峰值效率及边界点效率有所提高,其扩稳的主要原因是对叶顶间隙泄漏流的控制。 In this paper, the numerical simulation method is applied to study the mechanism of casing treatment on a subsonic inclined-flow fan. The computational results have been compared between two different cases with circumferential grooves and with untreated smooth wall under the operation of near stall flow point. The research result shows that the circumferential grooves casing treatment not only extends the stable working range of inclined-flow fan but also improves the efficiency of peak value and margin point. The main reason of its stability extension is the control on tip leakage vortex.
