摘要
针对丙烯压缩机组设计过程中遇到的技术难点——ANTI-STONEWALL阀门流量计算等,通过分析乙烯装置丙烯流程中防喘振、防阻塞控制的特点,同时考虑多种因素影响,对常规算法进行补充,提出区别以往常规的独特流量计算方法,设计与实现了ANTI-STONEWALL阀门流量及其控制算法的解决方案。
the paper aims at resolving the technology difficulty, which is flux calculation of ANTI-STONEWALL valve, in the process of design and calculation of propylene compressor of Megaton Ethylene Equipment. Through analysis the characteristic of preventing surge control and choke control of propylene compressor in megaton ethylene equipment and considering other important effects, we renew conventional algorithm and put forward a particular calculation mode. This calculation mode has a design and implementation of flux calculation of ANTI-STONEWALL valve and its control algorithm.
