Diagnosis of the Fault in Puddling Dust-removing Fan Based on Spectrum Analysis

结合某厂炼铁除尘风机的振动故障诊断实践,介绍了基于频谱分析的风机故障诊断方法并提出了维修建议,停机检修结果表明了其有效性。

This paper has introduced the diagnosis method for fault in fan based on spectrum analysis combined with the diagnosis practice of vibration fault in a puddling dust-removing fan and pointed out the maintenance suggestion. The result of inspection and repair in stop state shows that this method is effective.
