摘要
通过对改造前引风机进行现场试验,对测试数据进行分析,确定原风机实际运行工况点。考虑电袋除尘器改造后增加的系统阻力,得出改造风机的选型参数,制定了合理的改造方案,进行局部改造,使改造后风机与改造后的系统相匹配。
The real operating point of wind fan before reconstruction is determined through the test on site and the analysis of measuring data. Considering the adding system＇s resistance after the reconstruction of hop-pocket dust catcher, the type selection parameters of reconstruction fan are obtained and the reasonable reconstruction project is given The local reconstruction is carried out to make the fan fit the system.
