本文对中小企业板上市公司2008年年报业绩总体情况进行了分析。在宏观经济环境复杂多变的背景下,2008年中小企业板整体专注于主营业务,仍实现了营业收入和净利润同比双增长,经营业绩稳中略升,但也反映出部分上市公司盈利能力明显下降、资产减值损失大幅增长、业绩分化趋势加剧、行业业绩分化明显等问题。本文提出了优化中小企业板行业结构、关注资产减值损失对上市公司业绩影响等相关政策建议。

This paper analyzes the overall performance of SME board listed firms in 2008. Under the complex macroeconomic environment, the SME firms focus on main operations, and main operation income and net profit have increased compared with those in 2007. However, part of the firms exhibits decreased profitability, increased asset impairments, and diverging performance and industries, etc. This paper suggests optimizing the industrial structure, focusing the asset impairment, etc, which may negatively affect the overall performance of the SME listed firms.
