二氯乙烷精制工艺的优化方案

摘要 指出了锦化化工(集团)有限责任公司引进的德国Vinnolit公司8万t/a氯乙烯装置中存在的技术缺陷,提出了工艺及设备的改进方案:在二氯乙烷精制单元增加1台脱轻组分塔。改造后,二氯乙烷质量分数可由99.0%提高到99.55%,氯乙烯生产成本可降低33元/t。 The technological defects existed in the 80 kt/a vinyl chloride production facility of Jinhua Chemical Industry (Group) Co. , Ltd. importing from German Vinnolit Company were indicated. Plans to improve process and equipment were proposed:adding a column for light components removal in dichloroethane refining procedure. After modification,the mass fraction of dichlo- roethane will increase from 99.0% to 99.55% and the production cost of vinyl chloride will reduce by 33 RMB ¥per ton.
