摘要
探讨了影响乙炔收率的因素,提出了改进措施:在加料筒下部焊1个斜的出口,在上储斗排空管引出1条管线回收乙炔,减少乙炔溶解损失,利用乙炔理论收率确定开启发生器的台数和加入发生器的水量。
Factors of influencing the yield of acetylene were discussed. Improving measures were proposed: welding one inclined outlet at the the under part of the feeding barrel, installing one branch pipe at the vent pipe of upper storage bunker to recycle acetylene, reducing the dissolving loss of acetylene, and determining the number of generator to be operated and the amount of water adding to a generator according to the theoretical yield of acetylene.
