摘要
运用脑组织原位杂交法,观察戊四唑点燃癫痫模型脑组织中SSm RNA 的表达及草果知母汤作用后的变化。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型组脑皮层SSm RNA 的含量明显升高( P<0-01) ,海马中SSm RNA 的含量明显降低( P< 0-001) ;与模型组相比,西药组( 苯巴比妥) 及中药组( 草果知母汤) 皮层SSm RNA 含量明显降低( P< 0-05) 。降低皮层组织SSm RNA 的含量,可能是草果知母汤抗癫痫的作用途径之一。
The braintissueinsitu hybridization was usedto observe SSm RNAexpressioninthecerebraltis sue of pentylenetetrazole kindled animalepilepsy modeland the effects of caoguozhimu decoction on the content ofSSmRNA.Theresultsshowed that compared with controlgroup,SSm RNAcontentinthe cerebralcortexin model group markedlyincreased (P< 0 .01) andthatinthe hippocampus markedly decreased ( P< 0 .001) ;incomparisonwith modelgroup,SSm RNAcontentin the cerebralcortex in both phenobarbital treatment and caoguozhimu de coction treatment groups markedly decreased ( P< 0 .05) .Theresultssuggestthat decreasing SSmRNAcontentinthecerebralcortex may be one ofthe mechanizms of caoguozhimu decoction in resisting epilepsy.
