摘要
目的研究人工合成的CpG ODN对乙肝表面抗原的免疫增强效应,评价CpG ODN的佐剂效应。方法将不同剂量特定的CpG ODN与乙肝表面抗原联合免疫小鼠,用ELISA检测小鼠乙肝表面抗体的滴度。结果CpG ODN联合乙肝表面抗原免疫小鼠,在短期检测中,高剂量组能较快的达到检测阈,各剂量组间抗体滴度检测值差异有显著性(P<0.05),在长期检测中,各剂量组间抗体滴度检测值差异有显著性(P<0.05),检测值随CpG剂量的增高而增大。结论CpG ODN增强乙肝表面抗原的免疫反应短期和长期都具有剂量效应。
Objective To investigate the effects of immunological enhancement of HBsAg with synthetic CpG oligodeoxynucleotides, evaluate the adjuvant effect of CpG ODN. Methods Mice were vaccinated with CpG oligodeoxynucledtides and HBsAg at different doses, and then titers of HBsAb in the blood serums of mice were detected with ELISA. Results CpG ODN and HBsAg immunize the BALb/c mice, the high-dose group could be detected quickly in shot term, the levels of antibodies in groups which use different doses of CpG ODN and HBsAg were different in statics(P 〈0.05) ,in long term the levels of antibodies in groups which use different doses of CpG ODN and HBsAg were different in statics ( P 〈 0.05 ), the levels of antibodies were corresponded with the levels of CpG ODN ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The immunological effect of HBsAg was enhanced with CpG ODN as adjuvant in short and long terms.
