摘要
在唐代的长安城,酒是最受欢迎的饮品,在当时的社会生活中起着很重要的调节作用。唐代长安酒的出品渠道多,酒品类型丰富,产生了多种名酒,酿酒技术超过前代,饮酒风潮也始终处于高涨状态。通过对唐代长安酒品供应和饮酒氛围的探讨,可以深刻了解当时的酒文化,再现封建盛世都城长安的生活场景。
Alcoholic drinks, popular in Chang'an in Tang Dynasty, regula diverse drink making channels and rich types concerning alcoholic drinks, branded wines, excelled in wine making technology and therefore drinking ted social activities temporally. With Chang'an in Tang Dynasty produced custom became rife. Exploration into alcoholic drinks supply and drinking atmosphere in Chang'an in Tang Dynasty may lead to a better knowledge of wine culture and reproduce the living scenes in the feudal capital city in times of prosperity.
