摘要
《食品安全法》的颁布和实施是中国人饮食生活的大事,从事食科教育的相关机构应当深刻认识到该部法律所包含的科学技术和人文价值,以法令的颁布为契机,扩大自身的社会责任感,自觉引领中国的食品安全事业,尽力保障中国食品的安全。
The issue and implementation of Food Safety Law is a big event in our daily life, and its scientific technology and social value are supposed to be better recognized by the food science education organizations. Based on the chance, social responsibility is due to be extended to lead with conscious and ensure Chinese food safety cause to a higher level.
