摘要
在一个高度文明与发达的时代里,人们道德观念与道德水平应该是相当高尚的,其道德范畴与道德内容也应该是完备与健全的。然而,当今在追求利益最大化意识的驱动下,传统道德标准受到了很大地冲击。中国当代职业厨师从业人员中所表现出来的道德标准缺失的现象也应当引起商业研究学者与社会工作者的重视。应当从职业厨师整体道德风尚与个人修为方面重建当代职业厨师道德标准。
In times of high - level civilization and development, moral concepts and standards are supposed to be noble and the ethnical category and content sound and complete. But motivation for chasing maximizing interest puts significant impact on traditional moral standard. The present deficiency of professional ethics among chefs is a phenomenon which arouses concerns from the commercial researchers and social workers. The reconstruction of chef's professional ethics standard should be facilitated by cultivating individual morality as well as the professional ethics in general.
